Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in helping with the Gulf Coast disaster and efforts to protect birds, wildlife, ocean life and habitat. Please note that to date, volunteer opportunities have been limited to residents of the Gulf Coast. With the launch of the Audubon Volunteer Response Center, we anticipate that there will be more opportunities for people to help. If you would like to receive updates on Audubon’s response efforts, and be notified when volunteer opportunities do arise, please fill out our volunteer registration form below.

A Couple of Notes About Volunteering
It is essential that our efforts are coordinated and everyone is given the best opportunity to help. Some activities are dangerous and require special training. Please avoid going to affected areas or handling wildlife until you are part of coordinated responses. Even well-intentioned people can inadvertently interfere with important recovery efforts. Please be patient as the massive operation to respond to this spill ramps up.
